what small white triangle tool do they use on ace of cakes to pipe frosting on the cakes?
I have been trying to figure out what small white triangle tool they use on ace of cakes to do piping on the cakes. It looks like one of those small paper footballs that you would make in middle school and flick with your fingers through to someone elses fingers as a goal post. Help I can't figure it out anywhere.

It is NOT a pastry bag.. it is different...small and compact.
I don't watch Ace of Cakes...but I have been a commercial decorator for 34 years.
Perhaps what you are talking about is a parchment triangle. I use them a lot for tiny piping jobs. You take a parchment triangle and twist it into a cone shape, fill it with icing or piping gel, cut a hole in the end and squeeze the icing out. You can make the hole real tiny so you get a very fine line ..or..you can make the hole larger and do figure piping with it. When using these bags you don't refill them, once the icing is all gone you throw it away and make a new bag. They work much better than pastry bags for writing. You can hold the entire bag in the palm of your hand.
