Will this psu run the hd 5770?

http://www.comeuro.net/webshop/product.php?productid=120991

It says it has 42A on the single 12v rail but the other amperages shown don't add up together - makes no sense, it should have like 2K total power in that case? Anyway, it has a single 6 pin connector and I wanted to know how well this will power a hd 5770, I will only have the basics in the computer - 2GB DDR2 ram, ATHLON 640 which uses at max 107.82W so my motherboard shows, 6W hdd, two 80 mm fans, one led which I use to draw air towards my psu at the moment because it's big 120mm fan is sucking in my gpus hot air, a hard drive fan - two small 10mm or 30mm fans which uses 0.08A in together and I may use a optical drive but willI have enough juice.

Will it power the computer with the hd 5770?

Also, this compared to this

- which is better? The 750W one or the modular 400w one?

Thank you for your time!

Are you just looking for the cheapest possible power supply, from made-up generic brands nobody has ever heard of before, and who put incomplete or misleading information on their specifications labels? What makes you think any power supply like that will be any good?

The recommended power supply for a Radeon 5770 is 450 watts or larger, with one 75W 6-pin PCI-E power connector. (A good quality 450 watt power supply would also have at least 29A-30A combined on the +12V rails.)
