Dual Modular

Building a gaming computer?
I've finally decided to build my own computer, but I need to know what parts would be the best for the list I made?
ASUS M4A78T-E (Mobo)
Athlon II X4 965 BE (CPU)
Patriot Viper II PGV34G1600ELK (RAM)
Ultra X4 750-Watt Modular Power Supply (PSU)
Dual SLI ATI Radeon HD 5970 Video Card (Graphics Card)
Antec 1200 (Case)
Western Digital WD15EADS 1.5Tb (HDD)
Is it possible to have 12GB RAM on this motherboard? How would SimCity 4 and Crysis work with this? What could be changed to make it run as smooth as possible?
Well, money doesn't seem to be a problem for you, so I'll tell you what I would get.
Gigabyte X58A UD5 (great mobo, and to answer your question, this one supports up to 24GB of RAM)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128422&cm_re=ud5-_-13-128-422-_-Product
Intel i7 930 (there won't be a significant difference between the i7 930 and the Phenom 965 in GAMES, but if you have enough money to spend on an i7 930, go for it, because it is a superior processor)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115225&cm_re=930-_-19-115-225-_-Product
G.Skill 6GB 1600mhz (You would only need 12GB if you're into HEAVY multimedia work, for gaming and regular use, 6GB is MORE than enough) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231225&cm_re=g.skill_6gb_1600-_-20-231-225-_-Product
Corsair 750W (better PSU brand)- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006&cm_re=corsair_750w-_-17-139-006-_-Product
ATI 5970 (best graphics card out there right now, but they seem to be out of stock atm) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102863&cm_re=5970-_-14-102-863-_-Product
Coolermaster HAF 932 (personally, I would get the HAF 932 over the Antec 1200, but they are both great cases) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160&cm_re=haf_932-_-11-119-160-_-Product
And your HDD is fine.
Don't forget a good CPU cooler, my recommendation would be the Coolermaster V8 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103055&cm_re=v8-_-35-103-055-_-Product)
And if you're interested in SSD's: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148348
This build is overkill, but if you want to spend that much then it's a great build. On a 1920 x 1200 resolution, it will run Crysis on max settings at around 55 FPS, roughly.
