How much faster is a Hotsync via USB than Bluetooth?

I have a Tungsten E2 and am debating how to connect it to my new laptop which runs Windows Vista basic. I know there are issues over data transfer via cable and so am considering connecting via Bluetooth. How slow is Bluetooth compared to USB though? If I put movie files on my PDA will it take a considerably longer time? How much longer?

probably 10 times faster, because its phisicly attached to the computer.
