FTA - how do I load a bin?

I have a Pansat 2700A. I need to know how to load a bin. I have the cable.

load the bin on your pc uploader ( fta uploader, bl updater, etc.)
select "BIN" file in the updater software
select the proper COM port

boot the receiver and get ready - right away!
as soon as it powers on, you will see b, then a - dash
then a 7, then a dash, then a 5 etc.

you need to initiate the upload when you see the dash on the fta screen.

This is all before it powers on and says ON.

as soon as you see a dash, start the upload on your computer updater software
